Framing Plans From Exterior Siding to Interior Wall Coverings and Everything Inbetween.
A complete 3D rendering including 2D plan sets of each component which breaks down the structure into managable sections allowing for segmental construction. Wall sections can be prefabricated in a smaller garage or similar indoor space and stored while other wall sections are build. Once the walls are in place, the roof is a simple rafter system allowing for the structure to be protected from the elements in as little as a day. This is ideal for those who plan to build outside or plan to enlist the help of friends for a single day to do the heavy lifting.
Wall modules can be mixed and matched, therefore, the model as displayed can vary. There are six different wall modules in the model, of which the end wall sections are fixed and only one door section may be used for the structure. The window heights in all wall modules may be adjusted with minimal changes to cut lists. The windows widths in the different modules range from single width to triple width. Increased window widths may be possible. Request a quote for design services for wider window widths. The double door in the model may be replaced with a single door, provided the wall-to-trailer connections are moved to the studs adjacent to the door opening and additional studs are added to maintain a 16" stud spacing.
The model includes every member that needs cut, including framing, sheathing, siding, drywall, insulation, vapor barriers, flashing, house wrap, trim for walls and roof, roofing materials, drip edges, a custom vented roof system, trailer framing, and suggested connections between trailer and walls. All these is within a 8'-6" wide x 13'-6" high building envelope to facilitate moving without the need for permits.
A cutlist and purchase list is included for all materials.
